Education and Credentials:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary’s University with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in English.
Background / Experience:
I began my career working at the School of Nursing, Dalhousie University where over my 14-year tenure I held several different positions including Department Secretary, Assistant to the Director and my final role as Administrative Officer. Since relocating to Edmonton, I have worked at the University of Alberta for the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the Dean’s Office Faculty of Arts before landing in the Department of Medical Genetics where I served as the Assistant Chair (Administration) for 19 years until I retired in 2021. I am so excited to return to the full-time work force as Office Manager at Clarity Psychology Inc.
About Me:
Originally from Halifax, I have called Edmonton my home for the past 26 years. I am the proud mother to one amazing daughter. I love spending time in my garden and listening to my music, but my main passion is travel. I have been fortunate enough to experience such adventures as attending Mardi Gras in New Orleans, helicoptering over the Grand Canyon and taking a gondola ride on the Grand Canal of Venice, but my favorite place is the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
